Dilsa Judith Gonzalez Saldaña was born on September 1, 1937 and was one of ten children born to the union of Daniel Gonzalez and Juana Gonzalez Saldaña. From the age of sixteen she founded and operated her own business that flourished throughout the years. In her local community in David, Chiriqui Republic of Panama, she was known and respected as a hard worker, who was outgoing, optimistic, and generous.  She was quick to lend a helping hand to anyone in need  For fun, she thoroughly enjoyed playing Bingo, card games, as well as the Lottery.
